Q. My order is updated as dispatched but has not arrived.
A. Once dispatched orders usually arrive within 1 to 2 days (UK), 4-6
days (EU) or 7-10 days elsewhere from the date of dispatch, please
be aware that due to circumstances beyond our control some orders
may take up to 14 days due to delays in transit. All orders will
arrive with you so your patience is appreciated in these
circumstances.

Will you send my order in discreet packaging?
A. When you purchase from Adult Shop 247 you can be assured that
all orders are quickly delivered in discreet, plain bubble wrapped
envelopes. There
are no markings on your order whatsoever. No exceptions.

Q. Are all products in stock?
A. Although we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase
by Royal Mail (displayed as "In Stock" and which should arrive
within 2-4 working days) , some products drift out of availability. In these unusual
circumstances delivery should be within
7 working days, though in unusual circumstances, may take up to 21 days.

My login is not working, how do I access My Account?
A. The usual error with account logins is incorrect data entered into
the 'Email Address'' and 'Password' fields. Particular care should
be taken with similar characters eg. '1' & 'I' and '0' & 'O' of your
password. Copying and pasting your email address and password to the
respective fields is recommended. |
