It is important that these Terms and Conditions are read
thoroughly, as an order with AdultShop247.com is taken as
acceptance of these.
GENERAL

2. All contracts entered in using this web site are made
with Adult Shop 247 and you agree that all goods ordered by
you are for your own personal and domestic use only.

being shipped. We can accept cancellations by email to

name, address and order reference number.
8. You can return any unwanted goods within 7 days of
receiving it, so long as the goods has not been used and is
still sealed and in the same condition as when it was
delivered, together with the original invoice to Adult Shop
247. There is a re-stocking fee for any unwanted
returns of 15% of the value of the item.
9. Upon receipt and confirmation that the returned goods has
been received in a sealed and re-saleable condition Adult
Shop 247 will refund any monies due less the re-stocking
fee, to your credit/debit card or in any other form Adult
Shop 247 deem to be appropriate.
10. Your statutory rights are not affected, however all
purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and
non-transferable.
11. Adult Shop 247 will not pass on your personal details to
any third party.

about the accuracy, completeness or suitability for any
purpose of the information and related graphics published on
this site. All such information and related graphics are
provided, and accepted by the customer, on an "as is" basis
without warranty of any kind, stated or implied.

15. All orders for goods are subject to availability and

be. All customs charges and taxes must be borne by you the

seized by the relevant Customs or Government authorities.
19. We cannot refund any item if it has been opened (unless
defective), is not deemed to be defective by the
manufacturer, or simply because you do not like the content.
Please ensure all details are correct before completing the
transaction. Any returned item that is rejected and then
returned to you will incur an additional postage charge.
There will be a re-stocking charge for any returns not due
to any fault, shipping error or damage to the product.
20. You have 30 days from receipt of the order to return any
item that is defective or damaged (from either manufacture
or shipping) and we will replace it with the same item. If
the return is due to a shipping error we will exchange it
for the right merchandise. Please contact customer service
before sending any goods back.
21. In the event that an item is lost, while in transit to
the delivery address. We must ask that you allow up to 21
working days to pass from the dispatch date before we will
consider the item lost. At which point Adult Shop 247 will
only be liable up to the maximum total of the price of the
item purchased in respect of any claim.
ORDER PROCESSING
22. Only once an order has been identified and full
satisfactory payment received, will a shipment be made, at
which point ownership of the goods will be transferred to
you the customer.
23. Shipping time is approximate and calculated after the
day an item is posted and not when it was ordered. Delays in
the postal systems can increase the delivery time so cannot
be guaranteed. No shipment is made on weekends and national
holidays.
24. Adult Shop 247 aim to arrange shipment of all in stock
items within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.
However, your order may be delayed if the item is not in
stock (backorder). Adult Shop 247 will ship as instalments
any backorder item as soon as it is in stock. Adult Shop 247
is not able to supply dates as when it may get an item back
in stock.
25. Your use of this site is governed by these Terms And
Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the
laws of Switzerland. Disputes arising from your use of this
site are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
Swiss courts.
